Project Details
GFY provided civil engineering, surveying, and subsurface utility engineering services for the site assessment, space needs, and alternative development for the new 37,000 SF Dunedin City Hall.
The site assessment included an inventory of all of the surrounding utilities and evaluations of site conditions and stormwater for development potential. The design services included the development of phased site development plans for the $13M City Hall and $6M parking garage. A separate traffic study accessed the conversion of one-way Virginia and Wood streets to two-way streets, and on-street parking needs were evaluated.
