Project Details
The project consisted of civil site plans for the development of a 100-unit apartment complex at 4201 Kenvil Drive in North Port, Florida. The team completed the as-built plans for the Kenvil Drive Apartment Complex as well as the grading, drainage, utilities, and paving design for the new construction on site.
