F. Peter Lutz, PSM is Vice President of Survey and an AutoCAD specialist in the GFY Lakewood Ranch office supporting all southwest Florida clients. Pete is responsible for the preparation of boundary and topographic surveys, subdivision and condominium plats, design alignments for the construction of roadways and utilities, right-of-way maps, easement descriptions, construction computations for field layout, and GPS projects. He’s also an expert in permit drawings for dredging, utility installations, seawall construction, and retention areas. Pete has over 35 years of surveying experience across the state of Florida.
