Daniel has designed and managed numerous commercial, industrial, residential, and healthcare structures utilizing post-tensioned and traditionally reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, pre-cast concrete, and timber framing. Daniel’s forensic experience includes inspection services for buildings and other structures related to structural failures, building settlement-related damage, building water infiltration issues, construction defects, and damage from vehicular impact.
