Manny Perez, PE has extensive experience in the management of programs for local government. Out of his eight-year work experience in the engineering and construction industry, five years were assisting the Director of Capital Projects & Economic Development and City Engineer for the Town of Medley to manage 50+ projects for their Capital Improvement Program. In addition, his experience includes Development Review Committee member, Building Department plan reviews, FDOT LAP program management, contract management, and procurement. Manny in the Vice President of Engineering for our Punta Gorda market overseeing projects within the southwest Florida region.
