The ARC Group, Inc. developed this site to accommodate a 32,000 SF Publix Supermarket and 18,000 SF of retail and café space, and the relocated Chihuly Studio is located at the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Eighth Street South in St. Petersburg. The project site is approximately 2.21 acres and currently contains a 7-story office building, which will utilize the 3-story parking garage and accommodate a new bank drive-through.
Services included coordinating the building design with Publix Supermarkets design criteria, relocation of utilities, vacations/dedications of easements, streetscape design to Plaza Parkway requirements, traffic circulation, underground stormwater management and permitting through the City of St. Petersburg, SWFWMD and FDEP.
