FDOT D7 Design Build | US 301

GFY was contracted to provide utility coordination services in support of a resurfacing, restoration and rehabilitation project on US 301/SR 43 in Hillsborough County from just north of Bloomingdale Avenue to just south of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd/State Road 574, a span of six miles involving coordination and communication with 32 utility owners.

Tasks include drafting/disseminating phase letters and plan submittals to utility owners, collection and follow-up on plan markups, coordination of design conference meetings, coordination of individual meeting requests between Utility Agency Owners (UAOs) and EOR, uploading documents and maintaining UAO assignments in FDOT’s web application Project Suite Enterprise Edition.
