The site located at 2100 Gandy Blvd. in St. Petersburg, Florida, will be developed into a car condominium or high-end car warehouse/storage with 300 car garages and a high-performance driving track.
The site is approximately 3.75 acres in the City of St. Petersburg Employment Center One (EC-1) zoning district, with the portion of the site listed as a preservation area that contains existing wetlands. There is an existing Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) with the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) that was modified to accommodate our development.
