Jabil Campus Replacement

The project included the demolition of the existing 108,000 +/-Roosevelt Building and the construction of a new 170,000 SF +/-Building (New Roosevelt Building). The adjacent 7.23-acre parcel previously occupied by Tampa Bay Research Institute was added to the Jabil Campus Site plan. The improvements to this parcel included the renovation of the existing building and an 8,000 SF +/- building addition. Post development also includes the addition of two wet detention ponds and the redesign of the parking layout, islands, drive aisles, and an outdoor gathering area. The existing four-story general service building located just south of the proposed new building will also be renovated. The parking layout will be reconfigured, and a new signalized entrance drive will be added.
