EAP provided environmental services on this project for Shorecrest Preparatory School. Shorecrest is a private, college preparatory day school for students through the 12th Grade; it is the oldest independent day school in the state of Florida.
The tasks entailed ecological and environmental investigation and the assessment of a 20-acre FDEP surplus property to be bought by the school. EAP compiled and reviewed data for the wetlands, protected species, cultural resources, potential contamination and permitting concerns at the subject property. We conducted field reviews to assess the property for the above-mentioned environmental issues, including wetland delineations and a Phase 1 ESA of the subject property.
