USF Multi-Purpose Student Center

GFY provided civil engineering and surveying services for the University of South Florida’s Student Center-Student Housing Design Build Project at USF’s Sarasota-Manatee Campus, a 44,600 SF new construction. GFY prepared site plan/construction plans for civil site and utilities to be submitted to USF, Manatee County Utilities, SWFWMD, and FDEP, for review and approval. GFY also provided an updated boundary survey of the overall parcel and a topographic survey of the project area.

Our team included building box corners for construction stakeout. As well as Construction Administration and Engineer’s Certifications of Completion. The team coordinated with the client, owner, contractor, and design team, including the local architect, MEP, FAA consultant, and landscape architect.
